 Magnetic Separator Introduction:

The magnetic separator from Zibo United Tech Machinery Co., Ltd. which has the characteristics of high magnetic field intensity and great suction.

It is not easy to demagnetize, the product uses high performance NDFEB magnetic source, and the demagnetization rate in eight years does not exceed 5%.

The magnet drum has automatic rectifying function, so it's fully sealed bearing base, good sealing. It can adapt to all kinds of harsh environment.

Automatic iron unloading, low noise, reliable operation, simple maintenance, long-term trouble-free continuous operation can be guaranteed.

The control part is connected with the belt conveyor to realize manual control and centralized control

The magnetic separator is made of Permanent magnetic plate, 8mm Belt , Motor, Iron frame.

The permanent magnetic plate is belong to the magnetic system which can absorb the iron from the raw material. The 8mm belt and Motor are belong to the iron-cleaning system which will clean the iron automatically.
